Battle Pet Collector

Battle Pet Collector helps you find, browse, and track World of Warcraft battle pets by where they come from.

Instead of scrolling through an endless Pet Journal list, you can browse pets by expansion, region, zone, encounter, and source – including wild pets, vendors, quests, raids, dungeons, world drops, achievements, promotions, and more.

Available in: English, German, Spanish (Spain), French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), and Russian.

Your collection status is read live from the in-game Pet Journal, so owned pets, pet icons, and quality are always based on your current character account data.

Features

Location-based browsing

• Browse from expansion → region → zone → encounter
• Raid and dungeon pets grouped by boss under their related world zones
• Separate Other section for pets without a normal map location, such as store, achievement, promotion, and event pets
• World Events under Other with one folder per calendar event (Hallow's End, Feast of Winter Veil, Children's Week, and more)

Collection tracking

• Progress bars at every level
• Species counted once, even when available in multiple zones
• Missing only filter to focus on pets you still need
• Wild pet tooltips — hover a wild pet in the world to see Collected (L…) in your best quality color, or Not Collected
• In-fight tooltips — during pet battles, hover enemy pets (active, backline, or adds) for the same collection info beneath Blizzard’s collected count
• Minimap tracking tooltips — with Track Pets enabled, hover green paw icons on the minimap to see Not Collected or Collected (L…) per pet (including multiple pets at once; localized)

Search and navigation

• Search pets and locations by name (matches localized labels and also accepts English names when your client is not English)
• Choose a location when a pet appears in multiple zones
• Current Zone jumps to pets available where you are
• Optional Open at current zone setting to always open Battle Pet Collector in your current zone

Localization

• Automatically uses your World of Warcraft client language
• Localized UI, navigation, zone names, pet sources, search, and acquisition notes
• Supported languages: English, German, Spanish (Spain), French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), and Russian

Pet details

• Click a pet to open it in the Pet Journal
• Acquisition notes where available, including season, weather, reputation, difficulty, renown, and more

UI

• Minimap button with drag repositioning
• Movable windows
• Breadcrumb navigation
• /pets opens the addon
• /peticon restores the minimap button if hidden

How to use

1. Click the minimap button or type /pets
2. Browse by expansion or use Current Zone
3. Toggle Missing only to focus on missing pets
4. Use Search to quickly find a pet, zone, or source
