BadBoy_AutoBlacklist: Remove leveling services spam

BadBoy_AutoBlacklist turns BadBoy's spam detection into a self-learning blacklist:
players caught spamming are blacklisted automatically, and their messages — even
future ones with brand-new wording — are hidden on sight.

Requires BadBoy (https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/badboy). BadBoy itself is
never modified.

▌ HOW IT WORKS
Four independent signals can blacklist a player:
• Instant phrases — you define trigger phrases (seeded with "pay in raid"). Any
  message containing one is hidden and the sender is blacklisted instantly, on
  channel/say/yell/whisper. Matching runs on normalized text, so symbol, spacing
  and casing variants (p@y-in-raid, GOINGNOWPAYINRAID...) still match.
• Detector — spam already caught by BadBoy and its modules counts toward
  blacklisting repeat offenders (2 detections in 10 minutes).
• Mutating repeaters — one player rewording the same ad slips past BadBoy's exact
  repeat buffer; this addon catches near-identical repeats.
• Crew detection — coordinated multi-account spam: similar messages from different
  characters accumulate score, and byte-identical ads from different accounts count
  double. Rotating boost crews get caught in 1-2 rotations.

Blacklisted players are hidden by GUID and Name-Realm on channel/say/yell/whisper/
emote through a persistent list (30-day expiry, 500 entries cap) — no daily resets.

▌ OPTIONS (/badboy → BadBoy_AutoBlacklist)
• Enable, hide whispers, chat notices
• Sync with BadBoy_Ignore (auto-feeds its infinite ignore list)
• Sensitivity presets: Relaxed / Balanced / Strict / Maximum
• Blocked phrases: type one and press "+/-" to add or remove (hover to see the list)
• Per-player removal and clear-list
• Optional report dialog opener (Blizzard still requires your final click)

▌ SAFETY
• Friends, guildies, party/raid members and GMs are never auto-blacklisted.
• Everything is reviewable and undoable from the panel; nothing is permanent.
• Reports are never sent automatically — Blizzard requires a human confirmation.
