AppearanceMatic turns the Wardrobe and the Mount Journal into a hunting list. Star an appearance or a mount you still want, and one panel shows where it comes from, which of your characters can still go this week, what stands in the way, and a route that guides you there through the right portals, boats, zeppelins, and flight paths. The star comes off on its own the moment you collect it, with an alert and a chat line to show for it.

Starring

Click the star on any appearance or mount to track it. Owned items refuse the star, and leftover stars on things you already have are cleaned up automatically. Hover a star for cost, zone, and collection state; right-click it to guide straight there; the gold pin beside it adds that one item to the route. A Favorites filter shows only your starred, uncollected items, and your existing Wardrobe favorites are picked up on first login. Starring in combat never errors.

The Panel (/am)

Every raid, dungeon, vendor, mount, and world drop tied to a starred item, with each character's lockout state under it per difficulty. The instance you are standing in is pinned to the top, finished raids sink to the bottom, and boss rows show their order. Search by item, boss, vendor, zone, or character; filter by content type; pick which characters appear and ignore the ones you never play. Resize, drag, lock, scale, minimize, one font for the whole panel.

Lockouts, Sources, and Access

Play each alt once and its lockouts are recorded, so the panel covers your whole roster. Locks show Available or Down with the reset timer. Vendor rows show the real price with its currency icon. Access lines tell you what is closed and why: who holds a contested raid and when the next battle is, which campaign opens a zone, which quest opens a door, which reputation, faction, race, or holiday an item needs, red when it blocks you, grey when it is only good to know. Rows also warn when an item left the game or leaves in an upcoming patch.

Route and Guide

Add whole instances or single items to the route. The guide starts on the nearest entry, chains portals, boats, zeppelins, teleporters, and flight paths across continents, never sends you through a gateway your character has not unlocked (it names the blocker instead), and moves on by itself when you collect or clear. Prefer your own mount and the arrow points straight at the target when you can fly. The on-screen arrow shows bearing and distance, turns green when you face the target, hides in combat, and everything resumes after a reload or login. A gold switch rests the guide so TomTom's own arrow shows again.

Previews

A 3D try-on of your character on every gear tooltip with an appearance, in bags, at vendors, on loot, chat links, and quest rewards. A docked preview on the Wardrobe's edge shows whatever you hover, rotates, flips weapons side-on, and can dress over your gear or undress to the piece. A bookmark button saves your Wardrobe page and jumps back to it.

Alerts

An on-screen alert when a starred appearance or mount is collected, with your own text, font, colour, bounce, sounds (game library or your own files), and timing. An alert that lands during a boss kill waits behind the boss banner instead of getting lost. Optional line to your guild, group, or an emote when a starred item drops. Preview with /am test appearance or /am test mount.
