ARA - Anubisath Reflect Assist

A focused reflect-warning addon for AQ20 (Anubisath Guardians) and AQ40 (Anubisath Sentinels/Defenders). ARA uses Detect Magic to determine a mob's reflect state, then throws up a big, color-coded on-screen banner so you - and anyone on voice who isn't running ARA - know to switch targets or hold off casting.

What it does

• Detects both reflect types (Fire/Arcane and Shadow/Frost) using Detect Magic.
• Shows a big banner, color-coded by type - warm orange for Fire/Arcane Reflect, icy blue for Shadow/Frost Reflect, gold for Shadow Storm - so you can read it at a glance.
• Banners aren't restricted by class, spec, or role. If a mob's reflecting, everyone tracking it sees it. The point is letting you call it out on voice for raiders who aren't running ARA - not just protecting yourself.
• Shadow Storm warning for the forced-melee-range mechanic.
• "Missing Detect Magic" reminder - targeting a Guardian/Sentinel/Defender that hasn't been checked yet shows a plain nudge to go cast it.
• AQ20 Guardian wipe-safe: Guardians reroll their reflect on a wipe. ARA clears stale data 30 seconds after combat ends, even on an instant repull, so you're never shown last pull's answer.
• Built-in self-test simulator (/ara sim) so the core detection logic can be exercised and verified without needing a live raid.

Commands

• /ara show / /ara hide - toggle the tracker window
• /ara sim - open the simulation/test panel
• /ara reset - clear tracked mob data
• /ara auras - list every aura name seen on an Anubisath (saved across logouts)
• /ara log - reopen the saved debug log
• Left-click the ARA icon to toggle debug logging; drag to move it
