# AltLedger
**AltLedger is an account-wide activity dashboard for World of Warcraft Retail.**
Track weekly progress, character equipment, currencies, quests, Great Vault activity, and stored items across all of your alts from one compact window.
## Main Features
### Account-Wide Character Dashboard
- Great Vault progress for Raid, Mythic+, and World/Delves
- Current Mythic Keystone dungeon and level
- Mythic+ rating and weekly dungeon history
- Timewalking raid weekly quest status
- Emissary of War progress
- Weekly profession quest status
- Delver's Bounty status
- Restored Coffer Keys and Key Shards
- Upgrade crests and Sparks of Tides
- Character gold, class, specialization, and hero talents
- Custom notes for each character
### Great Vault Details
Hover over or click Great Vault entries to inspect:
- Defeated raid bosses and difficulty
- Weekly Mythic and Mythic+ dungeon completions
- Qualifying World and Delve activities
- Previous-week reward choices when available
- Unclaimed and not-yet-loaded reward states
AltLedger keeps unknown, incomplete, and confirmed data separate so delayed server responses are not mistaken for missing progress.
### Equipment Overview
Click a character's item level to open a detailed equipment panel showing:
- Equipped item names and item levels
- Equipment slots
- Upgrade tracks and steps
- Item tooltips
- Saved equipment from offline characters
When S2LootFinder is installed, AltLedger can use its shared equipment panel. A built-in panel is used otherwise.
### Find Gear
Search Warbound equipment stored across your characters and banks.
Available filters include:
- Storage location
- Armor type
- Equipment slot
- Transfer eligibility
- Item level
Stored equipment remains associated with the correct character and is never replaced with another character's data.
### Item Tracking
Locate tradeable non-equipment items across character bags and personal banks, including:
- Potions
- Runes
- Food
- Crafting materials
- Other useful consumables and trade goods
Identical items are combined into account-wide totals. Tooltips show which characters own them and whether they are stored in bags or banks.
The Items view supports:
- Live name search
- Multiple category filters
- Subtype, stat, and tooltip-text searches
- Combined multi-word searches
Equippable weapons, armor, and trinkets are kept in **Find Gear** instead of the general Items list.
## Customizable Layout
- Show or hide individual columns
- Reorder columns from the settings panel
- Sort by clicking column headers
- Resize the main window
- Choose which saved characters are displayed
- Save window position, size, scale, and layout
- Keep the currently logged-in character at the top
- Use the draggable minimap button for quick access
## Commands
- `/altledger` or `/al` — Open or close AltLedger
- `/altledger config` — Open settings
- `/altledger reset` — Restore the default window position and size
- `/altledger scale 0.9` — Change the UI scale from 0.7 to 1.5
## Installation and Data Collection
Install AltLedger in:
`World of Warcraft/_retail_/Interface/AddOns/AltLedger`
Log in to each character at least once so the addon can collect that character's data.
World of Warcraft does not allow addons to query live information from offline characters. AltLedger therefore displays the most recently saved data for each alt.
Bag data refreshes when a character logs in. Personal-bank data refreshes when that character opens the bank. Some weekly quests must be observed before they are turned in because the game may remove them immediately after completion.
## SSItemFlow
Equipment mailing and seasonal reagent cleanup were moved to the separate **SSItemFlow** addon.
AltLedger continues to provide:
- Character and weekly activity tracking
- Find Gear
- General item tracking
- Equipment inspection
- Selected-item bank transfer
