Accents of Azeroth

Typed chat now works on Retail, and every race has more variety.

• Typed chat is translated through Blizzard's pre-send callback, so lines you type in Say, Yell, Party, Raid, Guild and Instance chat are translated. The addon still steps aside during chat lockdown, boss encounters, Mythic+ and rated PvP. /aoa say and the other channel commands still work.
• Expanded the speech of every race: Dwarf, Troll, Orc, Tauren, Human, Gilnean, Kul Tiran, Night Elf, Blood Elf, Draenei, Gnome, Goblin, Vulpera, Forsaken and Pandaren.
• Many more everyday words and phrases (nice, awesome, wow, lol, sorry, brb, gg, noob, "thank you", "good luck", "my bad", "see you later", "no problem", "I don't know" and more), each in the race's own voice.
• Bigger pools of openers, closers and tags, so the same few lines no longer repeat.
• Gender-aware terms for "bro", "sis", "everyone" and "friend".
• More dialect forms at Moderate and Heavy. Subtle stays light.
• New command /aoa debug shows whether the typed-chat hook is active and why the last line was or was not changed.
