Accents of Azeroth

Fixes typed chat on WoW Forever, and every race has more variety.

• Typed chat is translated again in Say, Yell, Party, Raid, Guild and Instance chat, using Blizzard's current pre-send callback. The old hook never fired on the current chat code.
• Expanded the speech of every Forever race: Dwarf, Troll, Orc, Tauren, Human, Night Elf, Gnome, Forsaken and Skyborne.
• Many more everyday words and phrases, bigger pools of openers, closers and tags, gender-aware address terms, and more dialect forms at Moderate and Heavy. Subtle stays light.
• New command /aoa debug shows whether the typed-chat hook is active and why the last line was or was not changed.
