V1.71 changes:

• Fixed a created issue in V1.7 were it would hide the bars even during config when in combat is selected

V1.7 changes:

• Added many textures (Solid, Clean Curves etc)
• Added Only in Combat option: Only shows the bar if it is in combat and not full - Meaning if you are in combat it will show the bar, but after combat it will leave the bar shown until it has regenerated fully
• Added only with target option - Shows these bars only when you have a target
• Added a theme chooser - Replaces your bars with a selected theme (currently only Arc Hud and Clean Curves)
