Effects UI

Features:

• The "show: [NAME]" feature now has three special options: @owner, @caster and @name. See the help for more details.

Bugfixes:

• Team members that go out of range (or come into range) should have their buffs act more appropriately
• Effect sorting now more consistent across visualizers
• Changes in live buffs should no longer mess up showcase buffs (aka edit mode buffs)
• Help text less error-y

Known issues
* Buffs on teammates may not appear immediately following a /reloadui or a zone change.
* Apologies to international users - the default settings are still in English only
* Remaining time on casts may not be accurate for the first few ticks
* Glob matching with * allows only one *
* Tooltip line breaks are doubled.
* Relogging to an alt may cause Effects UI to crash on opening the Configuration dialog. Please use /reloadui atfer relogging to avoid this.
