Effects UI

Features:

Weapon juggling - cancelling an effect (say, Momentum for example) can now cause your weapons to be dropped to inventory then re-equipped.

Known issues
* Remaining time on casts may not be accurate for the first few ticks
* Buffs on team member visualizers can sometimes get out of synch if team member if not close
* Glob matching with * allows only one *
* Tooltip line breaks are doubled.
