Simple Socials – Spanish Translation

This is the Spanish translation of Simple Socials, a mod created by Eohlo that adds new general social interactions to make conversations in The Sims 4 feel more natural, varied, and expressive.

In the original game, many social interactions focus on overly specific topics that don't always fit what we imagine our Sims are talking about.

Simple Socials aims to address this by introducing more general interactions that can be used in different situations, relationships, and stories.

Additionally, each interaction includes different responses from the Sim on the receiving end, allowing you to see how they reacted to the comment. They might feel grateful, amused, annoyed, indifferent, or even offended.

What's Included?

This translation covers all five available interactions:

• Tell a Joke: Allows Sims to tell jokes and receive different reactions, ranging from laughter to awkward or indifferent responses. Available for children through elders.
• Give a Compliment: Allows Sims to compliment another Sim, who may respond with gratitude, excitement, arrogance, or suspicion. Available for teens through elders.
• Complain: Allows Sims to express their frustrations and receive sympathetic, sarcastic, or uninterested responses. Available for children through elders.
• Argue: Introduces arguments where Sims can win, lose, or end the conversation without resolving the conflict. Includes custom moodlets and does not require the Parenthood Game Pack.
• Talk About Their Day: Allows Sims to share their everyday experiences and receive different reactions depending on how the conversation unfolds. Includes custom moodlets.

All these interactions are designed to work in different contexts without being restricted to specific topics.

Compatibility and Requirements

• Compatible with The Sims 4 base game.
• No expansion packs or additional DLC required.
• Requires XML Injector to be installed.
• Does not replace or remove any of the game's original interactions.

Important: This translation does not include the original mod or its dependencies.

Installation

1. Download and install the original Simple Socials mod by Eohlo.

2. Install XML Injector, which is required for the mod to work.

3. Download the translation file 1_Eohlo_SimpleSocials_SPA_ES_Edhien.package.

4. Place the translation file in your Mods folder, alongside the original mod files.

5. Delete the localthumbcache.package file before launching the game.

To avoid conflicts, make sure you only have one version of this translation installed.

Esta es la traducción al español de Simple Socials, un mod creado por Eohlo que incorpora nuevas interacciones sociales generales para hacer las conversaciones de Los Sims 4 más naturales, variadas y expresivas.

En el juego original, muchas interacciones sociales están relacionadas con temas demasiado específicos que no siempre encajan con lo que imaginamos que nuestros Sims están conversando.

Simple Socials busca solucionar esto añadiendo interacciones más generales, que pueden utilizarse en diferentes situaciones, relaciones e historias.

Además, cada interacción incluye distintas respuestas del Sim que escucha, lo que permite descubrir cómo ha recibido el comentario: puede sentirse agradecido, divertido, molesto, indiferente o incluso ofendido.

¿Qué incluye el mod?

La traducción abarca las cinco interacciones disponibles:

• Contar un chiste: permite contar bromas y recibir diferentes reacciones, desde carcajadas hasta respuestas incómodas o indiferentes. Disponible desde la niñez hasta la vejez.
• Hacer un cumplido: permite elogiar a otro Sim, que podrá reaccionar con agradecimiento, entusiasmo, arrogancia o desconfianza. Disponible desde la adolescencia hasta la vejez.
• Quejarse: permite expresar frustraciones y recibir respuestas comprensivas, sarcásticas o desinteresadas. Disponible desde la niñez hasta la vejez.
• Discutir: incorpora discusiones en las que los Sims pueden ganar, perder o terminar sin resolver el conflicto. Incluye estados de ánimo personalizados y no requiere el pack Papás y Mamás.
• Hablar sobre el día: permite compartir las experiencias cotidianas de los Sims y recibir distintas reacciones según cómo se desarrolle la conversación. Incluye estados de ánimo personalizados.

Todas estas interacciones están diseñadas para funcionar en diferentes contextos, sin limitarse a temas específicos.

Compatibilidad y requisitos

• Compatible con el juego base de Los Sims 4.
• No requiere expansiones ni packs adicionales.
• Requiere tener instalado XML Injector.
• No reemplaza ni elimina las interacciones originales del juego.

Importante: esta traducción no incluye el mod original ni sus dependencias.

Instalación

1. Descarga e instala el mod original Simple Socials, creado por Eohlo.

2. Instala XML Injector, necesario para su funcionamiento.

3. Descarga el archivo de traducción 1_Eohlo_SimpleSocials_SPA_ES_Edhien.package.

4. Coloca el archivo de traducción en la carpeta Mods, junto con los archivos originales del mod.

5. Elimina el archivo localthumbcache.package antes de iniciar el juego.

Para evitar conflictos, utiliza únicamente una versión de esta traducción.
