I had posted my previous house in the official The Sims Discord server when someone asked me if I could renovate their modern house and I thought, why not? So I traveled to the lot it was originally built and fought agaisnt a headhace trying to convince me I could improve a build that wasn't sparking me any kind of inspiration while it overwhelmed me due to its sheer size and lack of floor plan. The end result was so awful the person never answered me back.

However, the landscaping I threw together motivated me to bulldone that eyesore and replace it with a non-modern house. My goal was to make a unique, non-symmetrical, shape using as much as possible from For Rent. I've used the pack before to make a Tiny Brazilian Home and Vet Clinic for the "Brasil com S" save file, but those also had Cats and Dogs. Overall, it's a solid build mode that offers a little for everything, although it has flaws, just like Cottage Living, it has only one-tile tables, a huge bar, no landscaping outside of debug and an incomplete couch and bed set. While the living room was too small to give me trouble, trying to match the base game beds with the pattern of rugs and curtains from the pack, and my color scheme, was a nightmare.
