This is another build for the "Brasil com S" Save File. Since Tomarang is getting turned into Belém of Pará, I looked for fancier houses there and "Palacete Pinho" drew my attention due to its squareish u-shape, colourful appeareance and windows that were similar to ones in For Rent. Although, no matter how much I tried, the lack of a pack with a similar wallpaper made it seem impossible for me to make it. So I gave up and started making the second one that I liked, but it was clear it wouldn't fit in such a small lot and my mind was still stuck in the other one.

After a few days I remembered the tiles from Lovestruck and while they restricted the door and window placement, it was good enough for me to continue. In order to be more faithful to the reference (and for the sake of my sanity), the sides and back were kept tileless. Because of how essential the tiles were to the exterior and at the same time not needed at all, along with my minimal cluttering, I chose for the fully decorated version of the build to be used in the save file instead of the simplified one. Along with that, I'll be posting the shell versions to the Gallery instead of the simplified ones going forward, because I changed my mind and think the former is more useful than the latter.

Unlike my previous builds for the save, I chose to sent the fully decorated one instead of the simplified as the tiles were an essential part of the exterior and at the same time not needed at all. Along with that, I'll be posting the shell versions to the Gallery instead of the simplified ones going forward, because as EA keeps fixing corruption issues, the former gets more useful, while the latter, less.

By the way, I followed the tutorial I wrote to rotate the sun from my RGB Mid Century House to get a better Gallery photo. Although the interior shots were all taken before, since the windows block most of the light anyway.
