This build is a complete revamp of the Goth family residence in **The Sims 4**. The house has been transformed into a detailed Victorian manor filled with gothic architecture, dark luxury, atmospheric landscaping and comfortable spaces for Bella, Mortimer, Cassandra and Alexander Goth.

The result is mysterious and slightly spooky, but still completely suitable for regular family gameplay.

## 🔧 Installation

1. Download and extract the ZIP file.
2. Move all included `.trayitem`, `.blueprint` and `.bpi` files into:

   `Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray`

3. Start The Sims 4.
4. Open your personal Library.
5. Enable **Include Custom Content** when required.
6. Enter `bb.moveobjects` before placing the build.
7. Place the manor on a lot with the correct dimensions.

> ⚠️ **Important:** Activate `bb.moveobjects` before placing the lot. Otherwise, decorative items and parts of the landscaping may move or disappear.
