Modern Starter Home Deluxe

Modern Starter Home Deluxe

Starting small doesn't mean your Sim has to sacrifice style.

Modern Starter Home Deluxe is a compact and fully furnished starter home with a clean contemporary design, warm wood tones, large windows and lush landscaping. The goal was to create a starter that still feels polished and expensive while keeping the total value at only §16,778.

Perfect for a single Sim, a couple, a young adult moving out for the first time, or the beginning of a brand-new save.

About the Build

Starter homes are often designed around the cheapest possible layout, but I wanted this one to feel like a home your Sim would actually be excited to move into.

The house uses a small footprint while adding architectural details, dark wood finishes, modern windows and plenty of greenery to create a much more luxurious appearance.

It is still unmistakably a starter home, just with a little more personality.

Small budget. Modern design. Deluxe feel.
