Playtested, CC-free, 1-story family friendly outdoor pool. Originally build in Henford on Bagley.

It is an updated lot from my one-story savefile.

The screenshots were taken using my beach towel fix, my lot trait sunny aspect tweak and my more children at pools mod, which are not required, though. (The horse feeder is not included, my current family brought that one in their inventory because they have two horses.)
