Lot Trait Sunny Aspect Tweak

With this mod, the sunny aspect lot trait guarantees sunny weather for at least 24 hours after (re)entering a lot. Even without the lot trait, it will no longer rain during the following events:

romance, humor and jinks and nerd festival, dance party, high school graduation, prom.

It also works after travelling and selecting the lot trait afterwards, but keep in mind that the weather will take a few minutes to adjust to the new lot trait settings if you do it this way.
