You don't necessarily need every one of the packs I used, you can replace furniture with anything from the packs you do own. The layout of the house won't change, just things like the furniture and wallpaper/flooring, and maybe some of the landscaping.
I decided to recreate The Lakemire Xanmeer Manor from The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). I originally built it as a residential lot (here), but I thought the water theme suited a spa in a way.
It is themed as an older style build so will fit nicely for your historical sims. However, this is obviously adaptable to however you want to play in it.
