Small Pottery Overhaul
Makes the Pottery Wheel & Kiln usable off the Grid, adds a Setting Menu for Slower/Faster Crafting, Clay required as Ingredient, and more.
How this Mod works:
Off the Grid
The Mod makes the Pottery Wheel & Kiln usable Off the Grid. For the Kiln to work off the grid a Solar Panel, Power Generator or Wind Turbine (Eco Lifestyle) is needed on the lot.
Small Pottery Overhaul Settings
Adds a Shift Click (testingcheats need to be enabled) Setting Menu to the Pottery Wheel with the following Settings. The Settings are set for each Pottery Wheel individually:
Enable/Disable Clay Required
Clay required is enabled on default, but you can disable it via the Settings Menu.
Clay can be collected via the "Collect Clay" Interaction on the Pottery Wheel, which is a Rabbit Hole Interaction.
Your Sim will be "away" for 120-180 minutes, and collect 20-40 Clays.
Slower/Faster Crafting
The default amount of crafting progress a Sim periodically makes while crafting is 1.
- 50% Faster Crafting
Adds an additional crafting progress amount of 0,5.
- 100% Faster Crafting
Adds an additional crafting progress amount of 1.
Both Faster Crafting Settings can be used together.
- 50% Slower Crafting
Instead of the standard crafting progress of 1, only 0.5 is added, making crafting take twice as long.
Auto Put in Inventory
Sims will put crafted Pottery automatically in their Inventory. This Setting is enabled on default, and it only works for the active Household Sims). NPCs will still leave crafted Pottery behind. You can use my "Claim All The Things" Mod to make your Sim the Owner so you can sell them etc.
