Small Ailments Overhaul - Lower Spread from Touch Chance

This Mod lowers the Chance for Ailments to spread from Touch, and optional increases the Cooldown between the Spread from Touch Chance.

How this Mod works:

I edited the Chance in the Random Weighted Loots of the Ailments spread from touch from 3% to 1%.

Optional Addon

Longer Cooldown
I also set the Cooldown for the Spread to Touch from 8hrs to 12hrs.
