This option will only be visible if you have Medicine in your inventory and the Sim you are interacting with has an illness or something that you perceive as an illness. Conditions that appear as illnesses also include imbalances, Werebies, or Sims that are turning into Vampires.
Medical science can only do so much and simple medicine can’t cure everything but you can most certainly put a stop to the next case of Itchy Plumbob or Llama Flu you encounter. No medical school required!
