Same Painting Quality for all Easels

With this mod, by cheap easels will no longer decrease the quality of your Sims paintings. All your paintings will turn out the same regardless of which easel your Sim has. Only the painter will matter when it comes to quality.

I adjusted all easels to effect painting quality in the same way the best easel does.

This mod will also work for custom easels as long as the reference on of the EA easel tunings and do not add their own tuning.
