Romantic Venue Couple Fixes

This mod aims to fix a bunch of issues with the autonomy applied to romantic venue couples that attend certain community lot types.

Some of the issues this mod attempts to fix:

• Couples can now autonomously use romantic blankets for snuggling and watching the sky together (this has been broken since the release of Lovestruck).

• Couples will no longer aggressively leave the lot immediately after arriving.

• Couples will no longer exit abruptly when initiating sky-watching or snuggling interactions on loveseats and romantic blankets (since the launch of Lovestruck, these interactions did not allow the seating actions to work at the same time as the gazing interactions, resulting in route failures).

• To add some variety to the sky-watching autonomy, couples will now prefer snuggling on loveseats and blankets as well.

• Couples will now once again show up on most community lot types(Maxis' attempt at fixing the autonomy was to remove the situations from many lot types).

• Couples will now autonomously engage in romantic social interactions.
