React to Vampire Dark Form

This mod was suggested by @zee. It's a very simple mod that lets NPC Sims react when a vampire is in dark form and their friendship level is below 40:

• Most Sims will appear scared, similar to being near transformed werewolves
• Werewolves will appear annoyed
• The Grim Reaper, spellcasters, bonehilda, skeptical and macabre Sims will only throw a thought bubble
• Cats will go bananas and hiss non-stop at the vampire
• Toddlers will cry (if they're not vampires)

They won't react if they're mesmerized or under the influence of vampire commands.

Compatibility:

The mod doesn't override any in-game resources, so it's unlikely to conflict with other mods.
