More Candy Recipes for Children

Fixes an Issues, where Candy Recipes are locked behind the Cooking Skill, which Children don't have. 

Children can use the "The Kate & Berry Sweet Treats Fabricator 3000" Candy Machine, which came with the Businesses & Hobbies Pack, but only a few Recipes are available for Children. Children don't have the Cooking Skill, so they cannot make all the other Recipes. I replaced the Recipes with custom Recipes, which test for the Creativity Skill instead.

Be aware, when you remove/uninstall a Mod that adds custom Recipes, make sure to remove any finished custom Food etc. from your Save Game, or else the Game will throw an Error.
