🏠 Improvements

  • Empty (land-only) lots now receive a proper base value instead of evaluating at §0.
  • Lot values for empty properties are now calculated based on tile size.
  • Updated appraisal logic so empty lots apply R|E’s valuation adjustments correctly.
  • Negotiation battles can now be initiated on land-only lots without errors.

🌍 World-Based Adjustments

  • Added support for Gibbi Point with a +3% property evaluation boost.
