Put Away Leftovers

Does your kitchen fill up with forgotten serving dishes no one bothered to put away? Put Away Leftovers makes your Sims behave like real people — household members will autonomously store stale group meal dishes in the fridge, keeping your kitchen clean without any micromanagement.
No expansion packs required.
Why You Need This
If you play with cooking and group meals, you've seen it: a loaded serving dish sits on the counter all day, spoiling, while your Sims walk right past it. This mod fixes that by quietly pushing a nearby Sim to store it in the fridge — so you don't have to remind them.
How It Works
Every 30 sim minutes, the mod scans the lot for group serving dishes that have gone stale (freshness at or below 100) and queues an eligible Sim to put them away. The mod functions on residential and rental lots, not on community lots.
Smart Sim selection:
- Only Teen, Young Adult, Adult, and Elder Sims are eligible
- Neat-trait Sims are always prioritized
- Slob-trait Sims are never pushed
- Teens are less likely to be chosen unless they have the Neat trait
- Items set for retail sale are never touched
- Items outside the active lot boundary are not targeted
Requirements
- Script Mods enabled under Game Options → Other
- No expansion packs required — base game compatible
Installation
- Download

- Drop it into your Mods folder:
Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/
- Launch the game and make sure Script Mods are enabled
