NPC Librarian Career

There's not a whole lot of Basegame NPC careers left for me to open up.  Here's another - the Librarian career.  As always the XML Injector is still needed.  The times are based off the in-game settings for Librarians, so that's fun.  Like all my other NPC careers I opened up all the filters and set it to include teens.  

This also includes the library found in Moonwood Mill and, as a consequence of removing all filters, it's basically just a normal library now.  But it DOES have it's own uniform generated by the game.  

To join this career simply apply the trait and it will apply it automatically.  Unfortunately I can't get it to work like other NPC careers, so no changing the career outfit, and this also kicks out existing NPC Librarians (like Wolfgang Wilder).  Of course if you have a mod like this you probably don't mind that too much.
