Removes the creepy glow from cat and dog eyes.

 

This is how it looks like without the mod installed. You can see a weird shine in the right eye that used to creep me out.

Compatiblity: Will conflict with any mod that alters these tuning files:

Default overrides for pet eyes that override the RLES files as well as the texture files.
