What it does
RelationshipFavorites lets you mark Sims as favorites right from the Relationship panel. Click the small ★ in the top-left of any Sim's card to toggle it on/off, and use the new "Favorites" filter at the top of the panel to see only your favorited Sims — sorted by Friendship, highest first.
Where it appears
- Relationship panel: a ★ button on every Sim's card, plus a new Favorites filter button next to the vanilla filters (All / Friends / Household / Romance / Family / Coworkers).
- Pie menu: click any Sim →click "★ お気に入り(means:Favorite)" as a backup way to toggle favorites.(Japanese ONLY)
Details
- One-click ★ toggle straight from the Relationship panel.
- Favorites are per active Sim: each household member keeps their own list, without interfering with each other.
- Favorites filter sorts by Friendship score (highest first), so your closest favorites come to the top.
- State is saved per save slot to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\matun020_RelationshipFavorites\<save_key>.json.
- Non-destructive: base game files are untouched. Sim names are decorated with a "★" prefix at runtime for UI feedback, but this is always stripped before the game saves, so the save file is never contaminated. Delete the mod files to uninstall cleanly.

Compatibility
Overrides the shared Relationship panel UI and DataFeeds, so it conflicts with other mods that edit those same UI resources. Cannot be used together with mods that override the same relationship panel (e.g. relationship-tags style mods). Safe to use alongside RecipeSearchUI, InventorySearchUI, PurchasePickerSearchUI (different UI resources). May need an update after a game patch that changes this specific UI; unrelated patches are unaffected.
Planned
A future update aims to remove the "★" prefix from Sim names entirely and rely only on the star icon for state — internal design experiments are ongoing.
