Hi!

This mod is designed to make student loan repayment feel more realistic.

It can be used either on its own or together with my More Expensive University Tuition mod (LINK).

What does this mod do?

This mod extends the amount of time your Sims have to pay off their university student loans.

Please read before installing!

The archive contains multiple versions, and you should install only one of them.

You are free to choose any version, regardless of your in-game lifespan settings.

The different versions are provided simply so that every player can choose the loan repayment period that feels right for their own gameplay. I've balanced each version with different lifespans in mind to help your Sims realistically pay off their student loans over the course of their lives.

For example, even if you play on the Normal lifespan, you can still choose any version from the archive.

To help you decide, I've included a comparison table. The same information is also available in the included .txt file.

Loan Repayment Timing Guide

The archive includes four versions of the mod, each balanced for a different lifespan setting.

Each version has been individually balanced so that the loan repayment period scales naturally with the selected lifespan. This means you'll receive bank calls and reach the final repayment deadline at roughly the same stage of your Sim's life, regardless of which lifespan setting you play with.
