Listen in on All

Strangerville introduced the listening station, but there's one problem with it.  While you can plant bugs on anyone with a high enough relationship score, you can't listen in on everyone including Guidry or Father Winter.  So if you plant a bug on them they always have that bug effect.  Forever.  This is a mod that removed the filter from the listening interaction, allowing you to listen in on anyone.  I didn't make any new dialogue, though.
