Less Bored Wedding Reaction

Sims will react less bored to weddings.

Also fixes an EA bug where infant, toddlers and animals would be distorted because of wedding reactions.

I recommend using this in combination with my Sit at Weddings Mod for MWS, as that adds more situations where guests will react to the betrothed couple, but it is not required to have that mod installed as well.
