COMPLETE Death of Sim Reaction Tweak

This is the complete version of my modular death of Sim reaction tweak.

•  Sims will react to the death of aquaintances, not so close relatives, disliked sims and such less strong as they do without this mod. The moodlets are shortened and less strong.
• Deaths of some of the less important relationships, especially acquaintances, will no longer cause grief. 
• Sims won't get calls whenever an aquainted Sim passes
• Pet relationships get fixed upon death so Sims will no longer get pet relatetd wants once thei pets have passed on.
• The console about death interactions will be available in more situations, e.g. also when a pet has died, and it will be in a more prominent position in the pie menu
• This mod also fixes a bug where the interaction to take a day off after a Sim died would be wrongly labelled as parental leave.
• Sims will no longer stay sad when the successfully pleaded for a Sim's life
• There are special buffs for the consoling Sims when the other one has been widowed or lost a child. The consoling Sim might also get a sad mood buff from hearing sad words after consoling another Sim, The moodlet will also trigger from a miscarriage if you have Little Ms Sams miscarriage mod installed.
