For Rent Fix: Stop the Inspection and Maintenance Loop

In The Sims 4, players who own a rental lot constantly have their Sims running inspections and maintenance.

After the March 2026 patch, as long as anyone in the household owns a rental unit, the "Do Inspection and Maintenance" interaction pollutes every lot — the entire family of Sims will endlessly and autonomously inspect toilets, sinks, and refrigerators.

With this mod installed, Sims no longer inspect autonomously. The manual "Check & Maintain" interaction still works exactly as before.
