I moved my sim into a lovely penthouse, new year came around and I wanted to put up decorations. But, I can't... Why? My rooftop home has a perfectly good roof of it's own, and outdoor space with fences...
I'm classifying this as a "bug fix" because my sim still wanted to complete the "decorate" tradition for holidays. It wasn't greyed out even though it was inaccesible due to the lot type.
Compatibility:
I have overriden the existing decoration box tuning, so any other mod that also does this might conflict.
