Adds occasional townie children to be seen riding a bike for atmospheric purposes.
ABOUT
Discover University introduced bicycles and the ability for certain townie roles to spawn with one. However, when Growing Together added children's bikes, Maxis did not extend this feature to child Sims.
This mod expands the system, allowing townie children to spawn and travel around the world on their bikes.
