This mod was originally developed by ShuSanR. I'm adopting some of his mods after he announced in February 2022 that he would stop modding and playing the Sims 4 entirely. Mod Description
Have no money to pay bills or just don't want to pay bills? This is the mod that could help! Three new interactions for handling invoices are available for you:
- Hack Into the Tax and Bills Office (Programming Skill required)
- Pay Bills with Stolen Credit Card (Mischief Skill required)
- Ask for Help Paying Bills (friendly interactions, may fail if the friendly relationship is not high enough)
I changed the realization of the interactions a lot!
- At ShuSanR, every Hack Into the Tax and Bills Office interaction with Programming skill from level 6 was successful. I found it boring. Now Sims can try to hack the servers of Tax and Bills Office already with skill level 4. However, the success rate depends on many things, e.g. level of Programming skill, university degree in Computer Science, techie or technophobic lifestyle, programming preferences etc. The focused mood can also be helpful. The magical Lucky Potion (Realm of Magic Pack required) increases the chances of success, but only a little, because no luck alone can help here without the necessary programming knowledge. The hacking attempt can also fail. In this case, the Sims will receive different buffs depending on their traits. I love the personalization! Also, I moved the computer interaction in the Hack menu. That seems logical to me.
- The Pay with the Stolen Credit Card interaction was always successful at ShuSan if the Sim has Mischief skill level 7 or higher. I found that boring too. Now the action can already be attempted with skill level 5, but only with a 50% chance of success. Otherwise you will get the message that the card has already been blocked and the transaction has failed. Higher chance of success with the Mischief skill at level 9 or for Sims with traits Kleptomaniac and Dastardly (they know what cards they steal). The success rate is also higher during Discount Day (Seasons Pack required), since the Cervice Center is overloaded on this day and the card can only be blocked slowly. Also, the magical Lucky Potion (Realm of Magic Pack required) increases the chances of success to 99%.
- The Ask for Help Paying Bills interaction stayed the same for now, but I plan to make it a bit more interesting and fun in the next update as well.

Compatibility Issues
The mod does not overwrite anything. All new interactions are independent and do not change existing game resources, so incompatibility with other mods is not to be expected.
