The oldest of all Occults, Aliens, suffers from a grave lack of options for growth, and their abilities are highly specialized, providing little reason to play Alien families long-term. These Bloodlines give Aliens reason to continue their Alien lines as well pursue the skills they are most inclined towards.
Following the inheritance rules established by Realm of Magic's own Spellcaster Bloodlines (see below), the bonuses received by Aleins with Alien Bloodlines are as follows:
Weak Alien Bloodline:
- Logic Skill gained 10% faster
- Rocket Science Skill gained 10% faster
- Career Performance for Astronaut and Scientist increase 10% faster
- Energy decays and drops 10% slower
Strong Alien Bloodline:
- Logic Skill gained 20% faster
- Rocket Science Skill gained 20% faster
- Career Performance for Astronaut and Scientist increase 20% faster
- Energy decays and drops 20% slower
Ancient Alien Bloodline:
- Logic Skill gained 30% faster
- Rocket Science Skill gained 30% faster
- Career Performance for Astronaut and Scientist increase 30% faster
- Energy decays and drops 50% slower
Inheritance rules are as follows: Aliens without a bloodline will produce Weak Alien Bloodline Aliens, Weak produces Strong, Strong produces Ancient, and Ancient produces more Ancients. These reverse if the Sim with the bloodline isn't actually born an Alien. The level of the bloodline will only increase so long as the offspring is a Alien just like their parent(s). Half-Aliens and non-Occult offspring of Aliens can have Bloodlines, but only Alien parents can increase the bloodline rank for the next generation.
