No, nobody asked for this. So, why did I do it?
To get a working jaw! Plus, you know, I like the look of Sims 3's Bonehilda, even if there's an official Sims4 one now. And this one has official swatches. No hats or accessories, though. And I kept her weird incorrectly placed kneecaps too. But mostly the jaw not moving just really bothered me every time I saw it.
