I’ve been getting tired of the same old decor for Sims 4, so I am starting a conversion project for each of The Sims 3 expansions and stuff packs.
This is my second ‘University’ Inspired pack, the basics of frat house living!

All items come in their original Sims 3 colors, prices, and descriptions!
Update 4/14/14: Fixed broken speculars, made vending machines function as refrigerators, updated some textures, and separated some meshes for more clutter options.
I also added a podium that is functional, but it requires City Living.
If you do not have City Living then do not install that .package in its own separated folder.
