Velvet Dreams

This is another definitive update with many improvements on old textures. This update is 1.16 ready.

The vast majority of new blocks and items available in 1.16 have been done. One exception is the campfire because the regular campfire also still isn't done.

A few blocks previously missing textures from older versions of the game have new ones. A lot of textures missing from 1.13-1.15 blocks are still playing catchup.

The new (Zombified) Piglin / (Zombified) Hoglin / Strider do not have textures yet.

As always I strive to improve the pack over time and rework textures that become tired or outdated as I improve in skill level.
