Updated all block textures for 1.19.
Updated boat textures and added mangrove wood item textures.
A lot of the new items, and all of the new particles are still missing.
The next version I release will have most of these done.
I always prioritize the block textures and wanted to get a playable release out as soon as I had necessary combination of time, patience, motivation, and inspiration to get them done.
This release is marked as compatible for versions all the way back to 1.16 because to the best of my knowledge everything will be work to at least that far back.
