Boxhead HD Resource Pack

The Boxhead HD Resource Pack is the official visual companion for the Boxhead DAI survival experience.

It replaces the project's original prototype visuals with a complete authored HD-style presentation while preserving the blocky Minecraft-compatible identity of the game.

Custom Infected

The Resource Pack provides dedicated models and materials for:

• Zombie
• Mangled
• Mutant
• Giant

Each infected uses its own DAI native entity mesh while retaining the gameplay hitbox and behavior defined by the Data Pack.

HD Infected Materials

The infected use custom 64×64 authored materials including:

• Skin
• Clothing
• Blood
• Eyes
• Archetype-specific flesh and mutation details

These replace the early prototype materials with much more detailed creature presentation.

Custom Firearms

Includes complete multi-part 3D models for:

• Pistol
• Pump Shotgun
• Hand Cannon

Each weapon includes dedicated idle and firing-state models.

The firearm material set includes:

• Dark steel
• Mid steel
• Light steel
• Walnut
• Rubber grip
• Brass
• Copper
• Accent red
• Muzzle materials
• Muzzle-flash materials

Ammunition

Custom models are included for:

• Light rounds
• Heavy rounds
• Shotgun shells
• Spent casings

Projectiles

The pack includes custom meshes and materials for:

• Light bullets
• Heavy bullets
• Shotgun pellets

Projectile visuals are synchronized with the Data Pack's high-speed firearm simulation.

Interface Artwork

Includes custom visual assets for the Boxhead experience interface, including:

• CREATE WORLD icon
• CONTINUE icon
• Boxhead pack icon

The pack automatically associates with the Boxhead MAIN experience through DAI's companion-pack system.

DAI 3.3

v0.3.0 synchronizes the complete HD visual package with the optimized Boxhead Data v0.3.0 runtime.

No destructive texture resizing or visual-detail reduction has been applied.
