1.7b Patch notes:

- Minecolonies- fixed bug within the request system where requests were being sent to huts which couldn't fulfill them
- Structurize- required by Minecolonies
- Lightman's currency- fixed bug which was causing another console spam and added the ability to enable and disable debug messages being printed to the logs.
