TMQP Major QoL Update

This is one of TMQP's biggest updates yet! 🎉
I've focused on making Minecraft feel smoother, more immersive, and more enjoyable by adding a large collection of quality-of-life improvements.

• Removed NoteBlock lag for smoother performance.
