1.1.3 - The "There's a Tinkerin' Mah Drawers" Patch
-I was convinced to add the Storage Drawers Extras mod for the sake of properly being able to use any wood for drawers. Extra items incoming.
-tweaked the previously neglected Construct's Armory config to start armor with 3 modifiers, but cap leveling at 6. This will probably mean existing armor will end up 1 modifier short... or won't get level limited. Give yourself some creative modifiers if needed.
-bouncy trait no longer uses durability.
-made clearer notes in tinker tool and armor quests on leveling and modifiers
-edited quests for tool and armor forges to default to iron and eplain more clearly that any metal works. Your choice if you waste the precious iron on it, but now people won't wonder about the random electrical steel. That was just randomly there by default.
-blocked dark steel alloying in the smeltery since Tool Progression is bugged for changing it's mining level, and removed the ability to melt down dark armor and other dark lootables to avoid instantly getting to that mining level. Added arc furnace recipes to achieve the same purpose.
-fixed void ore miner to give end draconium ore instead of the default, also fixes seeing it in recipes
-noted broken lasso EU2 quests not checking lassos for bats and ghasts, ftb quests refuses to figure out lasso nbt
    -fixed resturbed spawner quest detection
-tiny TNT from AE2 decided to be naughty and break explosion proof blocks, so now it's in permanent time-out from breaking any blocks... cuz that was the only option in the config
-added the Ice and Fire Bestiary to the Akashic Tome whitelist
-added GDLauncher instructions to the included documentation and Curseforge page.
-prefixed the window title with "Minecraft -" for clarity and potentially some detection compatibility
-finally remembered to update my manifest version file. Oops.
