1.2.2 - Attempted Crash Mitigation.
    - Included Craft Presence config to disable the conflicting option keybind.
    - Converted rice slimeball and rice -> paper recipes to use any rice instead of the removed ActuallyAdditions rice.
    - Attempted to resolve an Immersive Engineering hard crash caused by BlahajASM's bakedquad rendering.  I'm just disabling bakedquad shenanigans.  Crashes aren't worth ram savings if I have to fix every instance for every mod that uses it.  It isn't compatible with optifine anyway.
    - Attempted to resolve Animania crash on worldsave in caused by doubled up "kill" attributes in Animania chickens, pigs, etc by reverting to the mod versions used previously.  This mostly (but not exclusively) affected skyblock/superflat worlds, I guess.
    - Fixed Lapis ore item broken texture when "silk touched" with Psi due to item "corruption", not texture pack related.  It required adding an obnoxious script to check all item entities and forcibly change metadata values if wrong.
    - Added Extreme Reactor guide book to initial quest reward and noted steam buffer limitation in turbine quest.
    - Since random biomes in void worlds is "working" now somehow, blacklisted ocean biomes.  Who knows if this functionality works...
    - Added note for sink and water to latex quest.
