1.0.2b - The Happy Nerfs Patch

     -downgraded Rats for being thoroughly borked, whyyyyy u do dis?

     -fixed armor forge quest -the start is too hard and unfair, gave out a bed in an early quest to fix it

     -moved fire resist potion reward to before it's needed rather than after

     -set announce command rewards to auto-claim

     -noted tinker level limit -rearranged cooking quests for better vanilla cow access

     -fixed stick quest reward, yes it's still a "troll", but it's the only one.

     -turned on mini-map claimed chunk overlay in FTB Utilities

     -reduced starvation rate in Random Tweaks

     -IquanaTweaks:

          -disabled poison changes

          -tightened entity tick rate a bit for hopefully less "cheating" from mobs

          -slowness from damage disabled, that BS should never have been on.

          -terrain slowness reduced overall, should be more for immersion than difficulty

     -Lycanites:

          -halfed geonach rate, health, and damage, should be a jump-scare annoyance rather than constant death

          -similarly reduced vapula and geist spawn rates

     -removed fresh water dupe recipe
