Fixes:
Fixed the output zip not exporting with some kubejs scripts, causing stuff to be missing like tag tweaks and the new silver tool parts and recipes to be missing. Also fixes the crafttweaker script from erroring

1.1.2b: And fixed the export not exporting the silver tool part textures (the app is testing me)
